Animal Handling at the Museum
17 October, New Walk Museum
This half term New Walk Museum will host Oreo and Friends for two animal handling sessions. Get up close to a number of wonderful creatures in this unique event, including raccoons, skunks, meerkats, an armadillo, a binturong and a kinkajou (we had to google what they were too!) Two sessions available: 10am – 11am and 11am – 12pm. Tickets are £5 per person and booking is essential. Tickets can be purchased from the museum shop in person or by phoning 0116 225 4920.
Meet the LCFC New Boys
17 October, King Power Stadium
Football fans have the chance to get their items signed by summer recruits Kelechi Iheanacho, Harry Maguire, Vicente Iborra, Eldin Jakupović and Aleksandar Dragović at a Half Term signing session. The session will take place from 1pm to 3pm and supporters can take their own photos with the players. First come first served so make sure you arrive early.
The Inbetweeners Quiz

How well do you remember your Bus Wankers and Football Friends? Test your Inbetweeners knowledge at The Cookie in their latest quiz instalment. Tickets are £5 per person. The quizzes tend to sell out so best to book in advance.

Declan McKenna has had an incredible year so far, with the release of his debut album What Do You Think About The Car? receiving praise across the board. Now, he’s taking on his biggest headline shows to date and you can catch him in Leicester on 21 October. Tickets are £15.
Midlands Movies presents From Dusk Til Dawn

Midlands Movies are back with a Halloween special as they present a special terror film evening with a screening of Halloween horror cult film From Dusk Til Dawn. Entry continues to be FREE with a suggested donation of £3. Midlands Movies is promising plenty of film-related food & drinks, competition prizes and movie treats. There’s also a performance from local Burlesque star Misty La Malice who is putting her own unique spin on Santanico Pandemonium’s (Salma Hayek) performance in the film.
