Their limited edition mains include a spectacular Sea Bass with Thai Herbs & Greens – fresh, delicate sea bass heaped with mushrooms, green beans and Thai herbs drizzled with a delish gingery, garlicky, lime and lemongrass sauce – and a vegan Sunshine Noodle Bowl, a light but flavourful bowl of rice noodles with pak choi, tofu, Tenderstem broccoli and a delicate coconut broth.
