A brand new £300,000 renovated bar is hitting Leicester’s Market Street as the old Slug & Lettuce has been totally revamped and rebranded as The Distillery.

‘The Distillery’, (unashamedly so named) has a great focus on craft beer and gins and much more besides. It’s hugely modern with industrial finishes, reclaimed wood and a modern décor in a similar vein to the Cosy Club interior feel.

The food menu goes from breakfast to sourdough pizzas and tapas, yet next to the pub’s eighteen TV screens (they even have individual TVs in the booths), this is a pub that boldly says sports enthusiasts are also suave whilst its entertainment policy oozes ‘we love music’. Individual booths and table service during matches? Yes please.
