Restaurant 263 does things a little differently. With tasting menus of freshly prepared dishes served in an intimate restaurant setting, it stands out amongst the other dining options in the city centre.
Be daring and explore the flavours of the Blind Taster Menu or go for their full 6 or 8 course tasting menus, served on Friday and Saturday evenings. Chef Keith puts his own twist on some classic dishes whilst also creating some imaginative plates to tempt your tastebuds. From kohlrabi, apple and shellfish sauce and pheasant served with coffee beetroot, to raspberry and red pepper dessert and homemade shortbread biscuits, the meal is a taste adventure.
For each menu served, Restaurant 263 also offers a fully vegan alternative with dishes that are just as delicious.
Menu options include the 3 course Blind Taster Menu (£25) served on Wednesday and Thursday evenings and 3 course Saturday lunch (also £25). Other options including a midweek 5 course Blind Taster Menu (£30), plus weekend 6 course menu (£38) and 8 course menu (£45). You can also add on a wine pairing for £30.
For those with allergies simply contact the restaurant in advance to allow them to provide alternative or adapted dishes.
