There will be plenty of food and drinks available for purchase, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. There will also be specially choreographed dance performances to add to the evening’s entertainment.

Guests can also look forward to a special Sholay themed menu, from the event’s street food partner, Hot Potato Shop.

SHOLAY THEMED MENU:
  1. Veeru Jai’s Fiery Special Chips (VJ Special Chips) – £8.50
  2. Gabbar’s Sizzling Special Chip Butty – £6.50
  3. Thakur’s Thunderous Special Loaded Chips – £6.50
  4. Veeru Jai’s Fusion Special Jacket Potato (VJ Special Jacket Potato) – £8.50
  5. Basanti’s Tangy Chilli Paneer Fiesta – £5.50
  6. Sambha’s Signature Samosas – £1 each or 2 for £1.75

For those unfamiliar with the film, Sholay is considered by many to be the greatest Bollywood film of all time, topping the Indian box office for 19 years after its release in 1975. Inspired by the spaghetti western genre in mainstream cinema, the film follows two criminals, ‘Jai’ and ‘Veeru’ (played by Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra) hired by a retired police officer (Sanjeev Kumar) to capture the ruthless dacoit ‘Gabbar Singh’ (Amjad Khan). Hema Malini and Jaya Bhaduri also star as ‘Basanti’ and ‘Radha’ respectively, the women who capture Jai and Veeru’s hearts and appear in some of the most memorable scenes within the film.

Standard tickets for the event can be reserved free of charge. However if you want one of the best seats in the house you can book a reserved chair to secure the best view. You can also pre-order your food options in advance.
