Bru’s new Oadby coffee shop has been a hit since opening last year, and as well as expanding their sites, they’ve also expanded their menu.
The new brunch dishes are now available exclusively at the Oadby coffee shop and are served from 9am – 4pm daily. These are served alongside existing favourites, such as Eggs Florentine and freshly prepared Shakshuka.
Indian Brunch – Kick off your day with chilli cheese sourdough, eggs with house chilli oil, crispy spinach and onion pakora, tikka beans with crispy fried onions and awesome house pickle.
English Brunch – A classic made the Bru way! Eggs, sausages (chicken or veg) sourdough slice, baked beans, hash browns and crunchy panko mushrooms.
Supergreen Omelette – Two egg supergreen omelette with spinach and parsley, topped with crumbled feta and micro herbs, served with house beetroot houmous, corriander oil and a slice of focaccia. No colouring or additives, just fresh ingredients!
French Toast – Caramalised brulee brioche, crunchy caramalised banana, creme anglaise. Served with salted caramel sauce, hand-made vanilla gelato and candied almonds.
