Leicester’s live music scene is just getting better and better and this month sees the return of Independent Venue Week, which celebrates the fantastic smaller venues up and down the country. This year Leicester has got a fantastic line-up of events across venues including The Cookie, The Soundhouse and The Shed, so please do get out there and support them!

With so much in the news lately around Music Venue Trust’s campaign to protect grassroots live music venues around the UK, this comes at a perfect time as Independent Venue Week lands from 29th January – 5 February for their 5th birthday!
