Next up in our series of independent features, Vikesh Mistry tells us why Bread & Honey on King Street is his must visit coffee shop in town.
Bread & Honey is a small, quaint café residing on King Street. It serves up some delicious home cooked food from breakfast to lunchtime.
The friendly owner, Richard, and his team continuously provide great service with plenty of healthy vegetarian and vegan options available too. The freshness of Bread & Honey’s food is what makes it stand out. Whether that be their quiches, soups, cakes or sandwiches. All the food is scrumptious.
Personally, my favourite items include; the orange and passion fruit cake, French onion soup and hot chocolate (made with real chocolate flakes, not powder). Also, if you are a fan of high-quality coffee, you should definitely check Bread & Honey as they serve Monmouth coffee.
