When it comes to our favourite childhood films, Gremlins is right up there so we couldn’t be more excited about this upcoming event at Phoenix in December. Yes, not only are Phoenix doing a festive screening of the first Gremlins movie on Monday 4 December, but it’ll be followed by a Q&A with Zach Galligan who played Billy in the film.
You remember the story? Struggling inventor Randall Peltzer purchases a cute “mogwai” (Gizmo) and gives it to his son Billy (Galligan). When Billy accidentally breaks the specific instructions that the creature came with, a horde of Gremlins are unleashed on his small town and it’s up to Billy and his girlfriend Kate (Phoebe Cates) to stop them!
Take a throwback to your childhood and enjoy the screening at 7.30pm and take the chance to get some insider info on the making of the film from the main star.
