Blonde Bear Burger Co has built up a popular following at their temporary pop-up location in LE1, with the move to Queens Road signalling the next stage of their development in opening a permanent venue.
Independent and family run, Blonde Bear Burger Co brings the owners’ favourite flavours from their Canadian homeland to your new local burger bar. From now until Thursday 11 April, customers will be able to enjoy their choice of any beef burger for only £5.50 with the offer available at all times. Perfect for enjoy a treat during the Easter holidays. Blonde Bear Burger Co has made a commitment to using quality ingredients across the menu. They are proud to support local British farmers and only use high quality British beef, with all beef dry aged for a minimum of 21 days, increasing the tenderness and intensifying natural flavours.
MENU FAVOURITES
Popular favourites on the menu include their Maple Bacon Burger, Miso Mounty Burger (two-patty beef masterpiece topped with double American cheese, a crunch of crispy fried onions, miso slaw & mayo), and of course, the iconic Canadian flavours of a PB & J – a true Canadian classic, remixed as a burger (double juicy beef patties, layers of American cheese, red onion jam, a kick of spicy peanut butter & mayo).
Other delicious burger options include the Blonde Chick (buttermilk chicken with a house made spicy chilli oil making it an absolute favourite amongst chicken lovers), plus juicy grass-fed lamb, halloumi and other vegetarian options. Or why not go for a taste of the Canadian coastline with their West Coast Fish Burger (crispy tempura-battered fish, melty American cheese, a touch of maple-infused sriracha mayo, and the classic tang of tartare sauce).

The owner commented, “Having moved to Leicester from Vancouver, we wanted to bring a taste of home to the menu. We make all of our sauces in house, so we’ve been able to create some really interesting flavours. OPENING TIMES AND INFO
Blonde Bear Burger Co is located at 70 Queens Road, Leicester. The owners are currently undergoing a refurbishment of the site to allow for indoor dining, due to open in the summer. In the meantime, Blonde Bear Burger is open for takeaway, limited indoor seating and also via Deliveroo.
