Residents of Hinckley are in for a treat with the opening of a brand new pub and eatery, Broood. The first Broood is due to open on Coventry Road in Hinckley on 22 August with a second Leicester branch opening in early October.
Broood Hinckley will be holding an official launch event on Tuesday 13 September from 6.30pm and you can sign up right here to be there on the night, when you’ll receive a free pint of cask ale of your choice and a range of tasters from the food menu.
The concept of Broood focuses on 3 key areas; craft and cask beer, coffee and chicken. Real ale drinkers will be delighted with the range of beers on offer with the owners keen to showcase rare brews from across the UK, bringing out their long standing passion for quality craft and cask beer. With discounts for CAMRA members, Broood Hinckley will be opening in time for their first beer festival, which will be taking place from 1 to 4 September.
Broood will also be serving casual dining options with their daytime and evening menu service. Owners, Steve and Jenny Thatcher, were keen to add food delivery into the Broood concept and the menu will principally focus on chicken, with light lunches, evening meals and sharing platters on offer.
