Great news for fans of beer and pizza as the bar with Leicester’s largest beer selection is teaming up with one of Leicestershire’s finest street food traders for a regular event.
From Wednesday 28 August, you can enjoy a pizza pop-up every other week from Martin Bros Pizza at Tonne Bar in St Martin’s Square. Serving up neo-Neapolitan pizza from a wood fired oven using only the finest ingredients, Martin Bros have built up quite a name for themselves locally for the quality of their food, regularly selling out at their events.
The pop-up will be run in collaboration with Tonne, who have caused a right old stir since they opened six months ago. Boasting the city’s biggest beer selection as well as great cocktails and a lovely setting, it’s a perfect partnership.
The new bi-weekly event comes at an exciting time for St Martin’s Square which is also set to see the arrival of Mowgli, Giggling Squid and a new Italian deli in the coming weeks.
The first event will be on Wednesday 28 August from 4pm.
