If you or anyone you know in Leicestershire is in need of mental health support, there are a series of drop-in sessions available with no referral required.

The cafes are part of Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust’s local support for people who need immediate help with their mental health. They offer drop in centres for anyone to come and talk about their mental health – no appointment needed and no referral is required. They have supportive, trained staff who can listen and provide the practical support you need.

The map below details the times and locations for the cafes across Leicestershire, which are taking place every day. You can access full contact details for all cafes HERE.
