“HIIT happens, coffee helps”, that’s the mantra of BOxKITCHEN, a new coffee shop that’s opened in Mountsorrel, Leicestershire.
Designed to offer healthy brunch and lunch options, great coffee and a few naughty treats too, BOxKITCHEN is brought to you from the team behind the BOxSTUDIOS in Loughborough and Enderby. The boxing and fitness studios opened in 2017 and 2018, and adding a coffee shop to the business group has always been a dream of the owners, to spread their love of food and fitnes.
Intended to help you refuel and re-energise after a hard workout, the menu includes fresh homemade smoothies, tasty loaded protein pancakes, avocado toast, protein rich breakfast options, buddha bowls and salads and more. Plus you can wash it down with 200 Degrees coffee and maybe treat yourself to something naughty and sweet too. Life is all about balance, after all.
