Divine Boutique
The beautiful dress boutique on Silver Street is now open for appointments. If you’ve had to postpone bridesmaid dress shopping or you’ve had a summer occasion cancelled, now’s your chance to get back out and pick up that special dress. They are open for appointments only from 11am – 4pm Thursday – Saturday. You can book by calling 0116 251 6924.
Doughnotts
Yes, there’s no need to miss out on your doughnut fix any longer as Doughnotts in the Silver Arcade is now officially back open. You can pop in from Wednesday – Saturday between 10am – 4.30pm or you can order your favourites from Deliveroo up until 4pm.
The Exchange Bar x Framework Brewery
Well this is a lovely local collaboration to get behind. The Exchange Bar are teaming up with Framework Brewery to have their own custom ale brewed. They value their customers’ opinions so are asking you to vote for your choice of signature blend. The choice is between Citrus Pale Ale, Strong Malt IPA, Classic New England Pale Ale or Hazy Pale Ale. All voters will be entered into a draw to win a full case of the winning product with special personalised labels. You can vote over on Instagram on The Exchange Bar’s page.
Crafty Sew & So
Crafty hobbies aren’t just for lockdown. Crafty Sew & So’s online workshops are still running but the shop is also re-opening to get your crafty fix in person too. For their first weekend they’ll be re-opening on Friday 31 July and Saturday 1 August from 10am – 2pm. If you’d prefer to shop at a quieter time you can also book a short private appointment. Gelato Village
It’s set to be 30 degrees on Friday and Gelato Village is back open to cool you all down in the most delicious way. If you can’t get into town then remember you can also order online for delivery of their large thermo boxes. Order GV online (for click & collect or delivery) via their delivery portal.
Moments Balloons
Celebrations don’t stop for lockdown! If you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, graduation or any other milestone during the summer then don’t forget that Moments Balloons on Market Street offer a fantastic range of personalised balloons, cards and special gifts to help you mark the occasion in style. The shop has been helping Leicester celebrate since 1988 and you can find out more via their website.
