Have you ever wished you could enjoy afternoon tea in the morning? Well at Leicester’s Skylark Bakery you can.
The bakery on Clarendon Park Road, which bakes a fresh range of cupcakes and scones on site daily, offers a Beforenoon Tea leaving you with a perfect in-between of brunch, lunch and afternoon tea.
Presented on a 3 tier stand, just as you’d expect, the mega morning treat starts off with the sausage breakfast buns or smoked salmon cream cheese bagels, before moving up to the cheese scones. Following on from that you’ll enjoy French toast, granola pots, mini muffins, cheesecakes and a couple of other sweet treats*.
Of course it’s served with your choice of bottomless tea or coffee.
The Beforenoon Tea is priced at £15 per person and is served between 10am – 1pm on Saturday and Sunday. Pre-booking is essential. If you prefer to stay traditional their normal afternoon tea comes with an amazing selection of freshly baked cakes!
