Good news foodies, one of our favourite Leicester lockdown start-ups, The Wako Taco, is launching a regular Mexican pop-up at The Royal Oak in Kirby Muxloe.
Yes, kicking off on Good Friday and then continuing every Taco Tuesday, you’ll be able to enjoy the best of their Mexican menu. Plus The Royal Oak will be open for outdoor drinking from 12 April, so you can enjoy dinner and drinks al fresco.
The menu will feature Wako favourites including loaded tacos, quesadillas, the epic Wako burger (add a triple smash patty!), amazing cantina nachos, Wako fries, street corn and even those tasty Biscoff dessert nachos.
On Good Friday they’ll be down there from 4pm – 8pm and the regular Taco Tuesday pop-up will be from 5pm – 8pm each week.
There’s no need to pre-order. Simply order on the day, pay by cash or card, collect and enjoy.
The Royal Oak is a lovely pub on Main Street, Kirby Muxloe, serving a top cask ale and drinks range, plus local village coffee, Wonderland Coffee.
