Leicester’s favourite South American restaurant, Bodega Cantina are all things #Veganuary this January.
Bodega Cantina has everything covered with their diverse vegan menu from their famous tasty Nachos, irresistible Tacos and they’ve even catered for all you Burrito lovers out there with the ‘Oven Roasted Peppered Burrito with Sliced Avocado’.
From light bites to large plates, Bodega Cantina has really gone to town with their new vegan menu to make sure there’ll be something to suit all tastes. New menu options include Salsa Fresca Our house ‘Pico de Gallo’ with flour tortilla chips to nibble on while you wait for your main course, Peruvian Quinoa Chaufa Delicious stir-fry of broccoli, peppers, onion and tofu with sticky teriyaki quinoa, followed by Salted Caramel Cheesecake for those with a sweet tooth.
All main dishes can be accompanied with either Spicy Rice Achiote spiced rice with peppers, onion, and sweetcorn or Roasted Spicy Courgette. The full vegan menu can be found on the Bodega Cantina website.
