Veganuary is taking over this month and both Pho and Bill’s have launched special menus to help you keep on track.
Vietnamese favourites, Pho, have teamed up with THIS UK to launch 12 new plant based dishes as part of a completely new vegan – and gluten free – menu in all restaurants (also available on Deliveroo for when it’s too cold to go out).
From starters to healthy salads, hangover curing soups, wok-fried noodles and curries, amazing new “prawn-less crackers” and a vegan version of their nuoc cham dipping sauce, there’ll be something to suit all tastes.

Alongside them, Bill’s is also offering a brand new set of vegan choices. New menu options include Miso Aubergine Fritters with smoked chilli and soy dip to start, before tucking into Mushroom and Tarragon Suet Pudding with roasted mushroom, parsley and white bean cassoulet or Bill’s Beetroot Steak with a portion of fiery tiger fries. For dessert you can choose between their Sticky Chocolate Pudding or delicious Frozen Amaretto Parfait.
