So it turns out there is such a thing as a free breakfast, well there is if you head down to The Exchange Bar in the Cultural Quarter on a Wednesday morning, anyway!
No strings, just a free breakfast.
But why?
It turns out the lovely folk down there recognise just how difficult Wednesdays can be and that we all need that little push to get us through the midweek hump.
Every Wednesday between 9am and 11am you can head down and have free (yes, free) porridge, toast, crumpets or waffles.
Tea & coffee isn’t included but there’s no purchase necessary to grab your free scran.
