There’s a new restaurant opening this week over in Market Harborough as The Olive launches their new tapas concept on Abbey Street.
At The Olive customers can expect a relaxed, chic yet unconventional tapas bar which will offer a selection of tapas dishes, vegetarian options, fish and meat from the grill and an impressive collection of special and larger main dishes updated on a regular basis.
As well as individual tapas they’ll also offer sharing platters. The sharing meat platter includes chargrilled lamb chops, ham croquettes, meatballs, chicken & chorizo skewers, BBQ spare ribs and trio of dips. Whilst the seafood sharing platter includes moules mariniere, crispy squid rings, grilled tiger prawns, and crispy cod goujons.
Other dishes include arancini, baked camembert and goats cheese souffle.
The Olive is located on Abbey Street in the centre of Market Harborough and opens on Thursday 18 April.
