Good news, Leicester, a new brewery bar is opening in the city centre.
Sommar Brewery will be opening a new taproom and cocktail bar (Sommar Tap & Lounge) on Hotel Street in the former Spirits Bar unit.
Sommar Brewing Company was established back in 2019 and hails from Birmingham. They set up with the aim of providing high quality, locally brewed beer to the West Midlands and they currently operate their brewery and bar, plus 2 taprooms in the centre of Birmingham.
The brewery states, “We believe that the only way to make exceptional beer is to use the best ingredients we can find” and a number of their beers are vegan as well.
From the look of their other venues we can expect a super stylish taproom showcasing an excellent range of beers along with cocktails and coffee.
