Have you ever been in Highcross and thought to yourself, “You know what I need right now? A samosa!” Well then you’re in luck!
National Samosa Week is coming up and as part of the celebrations there will be a pop-up samosa stall in Highcross all week (8 – 14 April). If you’ve never heard of National Samosa Week before, it actually originated right here in Leicester as a spin off from the Leicester Curry Awards and was so popular last year that it’s continued.
As well as the pop-up selling your favourite pastry snacks all week, award-winning restaurant Chutney Ivy will also be running a samosa workshop on Thursday 11 April. Pop down between 12 – 4pm for a drink, a samosa and to learn some new pastry skills.
