The Crumblin’ Cookie on High Street has transformed itself over recent years and now plays home to a wide range of top live music and comedy events, as well as continuing to offer their superb food and drinks. Now the venue is getting even bigger with the opening of The Cookie Jar.
The Cookie Jar will be a purpose built venue fully equipped for a wide range of functions such as comedy & theatre shows, music & dance events, private birthday parties, wedding receptions…you get the gist. When the venue opens on 23rd January they’ll also be launching a brand new menu. Even more exciting is that the addition of the new venue means that they will no longer need to close to general trade when they have special events, so you’ll still be able to pop in for a glass of wine at your leisure!
With Dave’s Leicester Comedy Festival just around the corner the opening couldn’t come at a better time as The Cookie prepares to host 50 shows of fantastic comedy! They’ll even be doing FREE fringe events every night of the festival! Last year they won Best Venue at the Comedy Festival Awards, so for all of your comedic, food and drink needs, you know where to go!
