Hoorah, more exciting news for the Leicester food scene as the team at Crafty and St Martin’s Coffee are opening a new premises in the city. Not just a replication of their hugely popular Crafty burger offering, the new venture will take on a fresh food pub feel.
Still in very early days we’re awaiting further details, however it has been revealed that the centre piece of the new kitchen will be a bespoke wood fired Japanese robata grill, which translates literally into “fireside cooking” to give a wonderful bbq feel to meats and other options.
Through their existing restaurant in St Martin’s Square the company have formed strong links with local farms and suppliers and the new menu will focus closely on dedication to high quality, seasonal Leicestershire produce.
