The Orange Tree chain is now branching out and opening a nightclub.
Yes, they’ve acquired the venue which was previously The Basement on Wellington Street and are expected to open in late spring/early summer. With a licence to be open until 6am just imagine all of the extra time you’ll have to drink their cocktails! There are also plans to use the venue for live music.
The owners plan to keep the name as The Basement and as soon as we know more info we’ll let you know!
