A Leicestershire pub is ready to open its doors under new ownership and following a full refurbishment.
The Bulls Head at Abbots Oak, formerly part of the Star Pubs & Bars Group, is now owned and managed by the Roseacre Pub Company, a growing local company that has taken hold of and developed pubs including The Axe & Square in Countesthorpe and The Bull at Broughton Astley.
Dog friendly and family friendly, The Bulls Head has has a full upgrade throughout to offer the same appeal, but with a fresher and slicker feel.
New carpets, new flooring, new paintwork, fresh furniture and a revamped menu are just some of the changes you can expect with the re-launch.
If you’re visiting just for drinks, enjoy an improved range on offer with cocktails including Cherry Bakewell, Mojito and Rhubarb Bramble. For beer and cider drinkers, CruzCampo, Moretti, and Old Mout are on offer, among others.
Food is served all day, every day, with Baked Camembert, Calamari, Posh Pigs in Blankets, Beef Bordelaise, award-winning dry aged steaks, pub classics and lighter options.
On Tuesday – Saturday from 12pm – 5pm you can enjoy “Lighter Lunches” with 2 meals for £16 and there’s a full Sunday roast menu available. If the Sunday roast at their sister pub, The Axe & Square is anything to go by, it’ll be worth checking out.
The pub also has separate gluten free and vegan menus available.
The Bulls Head fully reopens on Wednesday 31 January. You can view the full menus and book online via bullshead-abbotsoak.co.uk.
The Bulls Head is located on Warren Hills Road, LE67 4UY.
