A murder mystery event set at a vineyard… sounds right up our street!
You can now grab tickets to the event on Saturday 22 August, which is being held at Walton Brook Vineyard in Burton on the Wolds (LE12), and run by The Detective Project Leicester.
The event runs between 5-7pm, when you’ll assemble your team of crack detectives and help to solve the mystery of the murder at Walton Brook. This outdoor experience will begin with a briefing of the case so far before teams will don their CSI suits to examine the crime scene for clues. Teams will then probe witness testimony and examine other sources of evidence to produce a team murder board leading to the identification of the offender.
Each team can consist of up to six members and will be assigned an area to work from (assuring a safe distance from other teams). You can even bring the kids along, as family groups are very welcome however a minimum age of 12 yrs is recommended.
Once the murder has been solved and the offender’s been thrown behind bars, what better way to celebrate your victory than enjoying a wine tasting of the award winning wines produced by Walton Brook? They produce 5 still wines and 3 sparkly ones, some of which have even won awards so make a night of it!
