Get ready to tuck in because Leicester Restaurant Week is back for 2022!
Yes, BID Leicester has confirmed that Leicester Restaurant Week will return to the city this autumn with a feast of deals on offer, running from 17 – 23 October 2022.
Once again, the event will shine a spotlight on some of the best eateries in Leicester giving locals and visitors alike the opportunity to try somewhere new, or an excuse to head back to their favourite dining spot.
This October, diners will once again have the chance to sample the city’s foodie scene as participating restaurants will offer an exclusive deal, for one week only. Price points will be fixed at £5, £10, £15 and £20 with menus available across brunch, lunch and dinner, giving people the chance to try a variety of new venues and dishes without breaking the bank.
Restaurants already confirmed to return with deals this year include Sonrisa, Giggling Squid, Knight & Garter and The Rutland & Derby, with many more to be announced – including some new names making their first Leicester Restaurant Week appearance.
More than 2,600 vouchers were downloaded by hungry patrons during the inaugural Leicester Restaurant Week last year, with exclusive menus available at 30 businesses – some of which were fully booked as diners clamoured to make the most of limited-time offers.
Organised by BID Leicester, Leicester Restaurant Week was set up to encourage people to support hospitality businesses in the city whilst giving them the chance to try somewhere new. The timing of the event during October half-term makes it an affordable way for families and friends to dine out together, and the range of offers is designed to entice foodies back to the city more than once.
