“Cool”. That one word which makes some people think they’re awesome and other people think they’re shit. But you know what, it’s easy to be cool, it’s a state of mind, it’s achieved in knowing you’re doing something which makes you happy.
Leicester is full of scenesters. You know the types… the “music glitterati”, the skater boys, the Top Shop girls and the All Saints boys. You know who you are! Leicester’s far too small, quite simply everyone knows everyone. Yet in spite of this there is a whole heap of events and general happenings that people don’t seem to know about.
Now, I will never claim to be the coolest polar bear at the zoo, but I like to think I have my finger on the pulse of this city. I don’t see why you need to be a “scenester” to get to the heart of the action, instead everybody lucky enough to live in this city should have the same access to the latest news, events, offers and general awesomeness that kicks off!
