Panic over, he’s back! After successfully touring ‘Gruntled’ around the UK this spring to much critical acclaim, Britain’s foremost topical comedian and star of BBC2’s Mock The Week, Andy Parsons is back on the road this autumn and is coming to Leicester. Yes, you’ll be able to catch him live at Curve on Friday 11th November.
Britain’s foremost topical comedian returns to the stage for more logically rigorous, cutting pain tinged comedy. Expect the usual clever politically inspired bemusements and disappointedly crushed enthusiasm. There will be some shades of light and dark with several trademark passionate tirades and a little peak behind the showbusiness curtain. Coalition, cuts, comedy and discovering a pair of underpants in a jar of mayonnaise.
Andy has enjoyed huge success as a writer and performer on television and radio as well as on stage. You’ll also no doubt recognise his face from Mock The Week (BBC 2) & Live At The Apollo (BBC 1).
