Grab yourself a free can of Brewdog Punk IPA over at St Peter’s Square, Highcross, this weekend as Brewdog’s Punk State heads to Leicester.

Punk State is a series of city-centre roadblocks where bad beer is banished and everyone is made welcome with a free chilled can of Punk IPA, as they declare a ‘Punk State’ across Europe. This summer Punk State is hitting the round bound for 15 cities, from Barcelona and Hamburg to right here in Leicester.

Brewdog’s purpose-built Punk State truck will rock up in the dead of night ready to raise their message throughout the day! Visitors to Punk State will receive a BrewDog passport on arrival, which once stamped, will entitle them to a free Punk IPA. These passports will also contain a coupon for an additional free pint of Punk IPA in partner pubs and bars nearby, a money-off token for Tesco, the location of each city’s “State Takeover” – the official Punk State afterparty – as well as of lots of information about the history of the brand.

In Leicester, Punk State will be arriving on Friday 28 and Saturday 29 June and will be in St Peter’s Square, Highcross. Be sure to head down and join the revolution!
