First look inside building of Treetop Adventure Golf

Excitement is building around Treetop Adventure Golf opening up at Highcross this summer. The family friendly attraction opened its doors to give City Mayor Sir Peter Soulsby a glimpse of the building works.

So, what can you expect? Treetop Adventure Golf will feature two indoor 18-hole mini golf courses and follows a £2 million investment from the company, who currently operate venues in Manchester and Cardiff.  Whilst it’s still in the middle of being built at the moment, on completion you will be able to escape from reality as you enter a tropical rainforest world with the 2 mini golf courses as well as ‘The Thirsty Toucan’ cocktail bar, Pizza Cabana serving handmade pizzas, The Rainforest Roast Café and event facilities.

Players of all ages will be able to choose to tackle the Tropical Trail or brave the mystical magic of the Ancient Explorer. There are a number of surprises in store for visitors with new hole designs and interactive features, which will make this plenty of fun for groups and families to enjoy.

Once the games are over and the scores are tallied, teams can enjoy a well-earned rest in The Market. Treetop are committed to supporting local businesses and will be working with Leicestershire bakeries and breweries to add a local touch to their food and drink offer. Visitors will also be able to enjoy tropical cocktails, mocktails, cracking coffee and soft drinks, as well as delicious jungle grub with handmade pizzas from Pizza Cabana, with vegetarian and vegan options available for the whole tribe.
