With the summer coming up there’s even more reason to get out and see the events that are on in the city. If you’ve got little ones then here’s our pick of the top family events during the rest of June.

Enjoy stories about animals from all over the world and browse the museum’s collection of animal related artifacts, which include animal puppets crafted by the Kingfisher Community Group. Children of all ages can participate in activities ranging from face painting, cartoon caricatures and paper crafts, to telling their own favourite stories about animals. Kyle Campbell with Jigabytes will be there, so pre-booking is recommended!

The exhibition is supporting the RSPB’s campaign to Save the Albatross. Bring along all of your used stamps to hand in and support this endangered species. Click HERE for more information.
