We all know about the escape room craze that’s sweeping the nation and now Escape Asylum in St Martin’s Square are solving your lonely hearts issue too with the launch of Mondates. Yep, now you could you could meet your soulmate by being locked in a room with 5 strangers and having to club together to find your way out.
Escape Asylum have teamed up with their neighbours Kai to present what must be the most original blind dating experience in the city. You and 5 other strangers will meet at Kai for a free glass of bubbles before being thrown in to the escape room together! Will the arrows of Cupid strike as you desperately struggle to solve the clues and engineer your escape together? Will the machinations of the evil spirit of Evelyn cause your group to find common ground and see love blossom while all around you descends in to madness?
Well, there’s only one way to find out isn’t there? Mondates takes place every Monday evening. Tickets are £20 per player and can be booked via the Escape Asylum website.
