Is your child interested in being an up and coming journalist?

An exciting new club has started for young people to join get involved in producing a Leicester Young People’s Newspaper.  There will be opportunities to take part in workshops and activities in everything from interviewing skills, photography and writing news articles to reviewing films and attending events as a young reporter.  Plus there will be a chance to meet other young people and have lots of fun!

Pixars Oscar winning animation of a tale of a waste collecting Robot journeying through space trying to make a difference to the fate of mankind. Showing as part of the 1st UK Green Film Festival and not to be missed!

Meet Fireman Sam!

The Great Central Railway, Loughborough

Sat 21st & Sun 22nd May

A chance to meet Fireman Sam and enjoy a steam train ride. Hop on or off the train at Loughborough, Quorn, Rothely or Leicester North. There will be free face painting and a magician show throughout the day.

Picasso Trail

New Walk Museum & Art Gallery
Sunday 22nd May – Sunday 26th May

View the selected key works of Picasso Ceramics from Lord and Lady Attenborough and hunt around the gallery for clues on Picasso and his work. A drop in event for all ages.
