January is a long old month. Everyone’s trying to be healthy and everyone is waiting for pay-day, the post-Christmas lull is tangible. Well, when pay-day comes at the end of the month what better way to celebrate than with a good old 90s Britpop party at Exchange Bar.

Yes, Common People will be hitting The Exchange Bar on Friday 27th January to celebrate all things 90s, all things indie, to dust off those January blues and get back into the party spirit. The evening will be kicking off at 8pm and entry will be free all night. If Blur v Oasis , Jarvis v Jacko, Cool Britannia and Adidas Sambas make you go misty eyed then this is definitely the night for you.

On the night you can expect tunes from the likes of Oasis, Cast, Blur, Seahorses, OCS, Embrace, Bluetones, Supergrass, Perfume, Suede, Katatonia, Gay Dad, Kula Shaker, Divine Comedy, SFA, Gomez and many many more!

Exchange Bar is located at 24 Rutland Street.
