Melton Mowbray’s Round Corner Brewing has not only won a multitude of awards for their beer, but their taproom has become a popular food & drink destination in its own right.
If you’re into your beer and fancy seeing what going on behind the scenes, then you can now book on to one of their Brewery Tours. Yes, this is your opportunity to hear about the secrets behind their award winning beers and what’s happening in the rest of the beer world.
Tours are hosted on Saturday lunchtimes and are priced at £28. Your ticket includes a tour around the production brewery, a tasting flight of beers, a Round Corner pizza, a selection pack of beers to take away and a discount off your next purchase.
The maximum group size for brewery tours is 10 people.
Of course after the tour why not soak up the atmosphere in their brewery taproom? The popular destination now serves their own Round Corner pizza as well as pop-ups from other street food traders. Great beer, great people and great food, with all the buzz and the character of being based on a working livestock market steeped in hundreds of years of history.
If you don’t want to drive then fortunately you can jump on the train from Leicester to Melton and make a real day of it.
