New life is coming to Market Street as The Gresham is set to open its doors in Leicester this autumn, and bookings are now open for the aparthotel from the end of September.
The former Fenwicks building is currently undergoing a major refurbishment and restructuring ahead of it launching as The Gresham, which will house a luxury aparthotel, restaurant, bar, co-working space and retail units.
The £17 million project looks set to be very special indeed and the early interior shots of the aparthotel give a good indicator of level of luxury quality we’ll be able to expect.
With some exciting announcements to follow regarding the in house restaurant, rooftop space and retail units, one thing you can get ready for is a stay at the hotel, with bookings now open. Plus, there are some excellent early rates available with a Roof Apartment with balcony currently from just £105/night.
The hotel also offers a fitness centre that is free to use for guests, and apartments also include sofas and kitchenette facilities, such as hob, microwave, fridge and crockery.
