The lockdown in Leicester may have been extended but that hasn’t stopped Manhattan34 from planning some exciting activity for when they open. Brand new cocktails, date night packages, cocktails to go and even a new online shop are just some of the developments taking place at the Cultural Quarter bar. We’ve got all the info for you in this week’s BID Spotlight feature.
Manhattan34 has remained closed throughout these last few months but is sure to be one of Leicester’s most popular spots when the lockdown finally lifts in the city centre. Head Bartender Max and the team have been working hard behind the scenes developing a new menu, amongst other changes that customers can look forward to.
Manhattan34 is known for quality cocktails and every cocktail on the menu is unique with their infusions all made in house. You won’t find these replicated elsewhere, as each cocktail on the menu has its own unique backstory with each one themed around different neighbourhoods and streets in and around Manhattan, NY.
Along side the new cocktail menu they’ll also offer any classic cocktail you can think of as well as a create your own cocktail service.
Table packages
An exciting new addition to the offering at Manhattan34 will see the launch of their pre-order packages. There will be 4 different packages to choose from (and more in the pipeline), with each booking include three courses of cocktail and will be available for 2-6 people.
On re-opening pre-booking tables is highly recommended in order to allow the team to safely manage capacity. Don’t worry, if you book a table there’s no time limit so you can relax during the evening. Furthermore, for anyone who does pre-book a table you’ll be able to enjoy a free cocktail on arrival and discount drinks all night.
Sangria: There’s no date night like sharing a bottle of wine. Now make it boozier and better with this fresh fruit, pineapple, ginger and rum infused version on the classic Sangria. This is the Entrée featured on the Date Night pre order package. Available soon.
Cocktails To Go
Away from the bar itself, a further development will be the launch of Manhattan34’s online store where customers will be able to pick up Manhattan34 cocktail equipment and branded clothing as well as special Cocktails To Go. Yes, you’ll now be able to enjoy Manhattan’s signature cocktails from the comfort of your own home. As you’d expect all the cocktails are unique and contain bespoke ingredients of Manhattan34’s usual high quality. The initial Cocktails To Go range includes a Honeycomb Negroni, a Japanese Martini, Vegan Sours, a Banana Rum Punch and a 34 day aged Old Fashioned.
Of course if you’re in the bar you’ll also be able to pick up one of these cocktails to take home with you too.
