Free Family Day Out Trail
Head to the Trails tab in the My Leicester app and select ‘A Free Family Day Out in Leicester”. Perfect for curious minds and active little legs, the trail will guide you through five family friendly places to explore, which are all free of charge.
Family breakfast deal at Heritage Cafe
Perfect for starting your day in Leicester, head to the Deals tab and find the Heritage Cafe offer. Located on Carts Lane, Heritage Cafe are offering families 20% off their total bill, so you can sample their locally sourced menu for breakfast or lunch.
Extra savings at 1573 Bar & Grill
Treat the family to a meal out without breaking the bank. 1573 Bar & Grill have a special family deal available offering 25% off your total food bill. Simply head to the Deals tab and select the offer.
History Hunt
Even though it’s the holidays you can still keep learning, but make the learning fun. Head to the Trails app and find the History Hunt trail. The trail has nine locations to explore in the city centre, from Roman ruins to Saxon churches and royal burials. Discover the stories carved into the city’s stones.
Kids Eat Free
Jump over to the Deals tab and explore more family friendly foodie offers. These include Kids Eat Free and also Kids Eat For £1. Grab a free pizza from Dough What, or free kids meals on Sundays at The Globe, plus plenty more.
Animal Hunt
Do your youngsters love spotting animals? Find the Animal Hunt Trail on the Trails tab for fun exploring. The trail will guide you to seven different city centre locations to find hidden creatures in street art, sculptures and architecture. See how many of them you can spot.
