Located in Earl Shilton, family run Fourwards at Ashfields has taken advantage of the time during lockdown to bring a fresh new look to the restaurant ahead of announcing plans for reopening.
Work has now been completed in time for owners Adam and Stacey Ward to announce they are launching traditional Sunday Lunch takeaways. This service will begin on Sunday 21st June so families can celebrate Father’s Day in style, and will continue every Sunday until they can once again open their doors and welcome back guests fully.
The exterior boasts a fresh new look, while the stylish and comfortable dining room has been redecorated and revitalised. The welcoming bar area has benefited from a face lift and the garden has been developed into a charming dining space ready for warm weather ahead. Of the relaunch, owner Stacey Ward said, ‘We have missed serving our guests, but we decided to be proactive and use the time to give the restaurant a new lease of life. We are very pleased with what we have achieved and we can’t wait for our customers to see the new look!’.
The new Sunday lunch menu features traditional Sunday Lunch with all the trimmings, a vegetarian option and a selection of desserts. Additionally, they will be offering a ready meals menu with some classic dishes to enjoy restaurant quality food at home. Guest safety is paramount for the owners at Fourwards at Ashfields and the takeaway process has been given plenty of consideration. All orders will be placed over the phone and collection time slots will be spaced out to adhere to social distancing measures. Additionally, prepayment is required to ensure the collection of food is as easy and safe as possible.
Commenting on the response from the relaunch Stacey states, ‘We are overwhelmed by how much support our local community and loyal customers have shown. We couldn’t think of a better day to start offering this service. Of course, we look forward to welcoming everyone back to the restaurant to provide the full Fourwards at Ashfields experience soon, but for now we are excited to do our bit for our valued customers.’.
