I think we all need something new to look forward to, don’t we? And Leicester is certainly going to get it. This autumn Lane7 is set to land in the former Leicester Central Railway station on Great Central Street with to add a whole new dimension to Leicester’s entertainment scene.

Whilst bowling is their trademark feature, Lane7 is really different and the venue is set to offer a whole lot more. Leicester’s iconic central station will soon be home to multi-entertainment options including arcades, gaming tables, a street food court, late night cocktail bar, crazy golf, beer hall and event space. Socialising in the city just took a whole new turn.

The 30,000 sq ft development was due to open earlier in the year but suffered building setbacks due to COVID-19. They are now planning to open in early October, so there’s not much longer to wait.

Street food fans, you’re in for a treat, as visitors will be wowed by the transformation as the former “Goods Yard” area has been reimagined to become Leicester’s first permanent street food court, with independent traders taking up residency in incubator shipping container kitchens. From epic burgers to handmade bao, there’ll be incredible bites available all through the day and night.
