We’ve been hearing chatter about the new brewery launch of Everards Meadows for some time but now we’re finally getting a glimpse of what it’s going to look like. And it looks amazing.

Not just a brewery, of course the venue is also going to house a large beer hall with public eating and drinking area. Inside their bright and contemporary food and drink space, you won’t miss the long bar lined up with all your Everards favourites brewed right there. In fact, large windows behind the bar enable customers to take in all the brewery action whilst sipping on their favourite tipple.

As well as great beer customers can enjoy an extensive drinks selection including local spirits and a range of hot drinks. The open kitchen will serve a delicious menu of home cooked food from full meals to great snacks.

This warm and comfortable space provides a great place for people to meet, eat and drink, whilst taking in all the action of the brewery and great views across the meadows. The state-of-the-art brewery will be kept busy by the brewers creating many innovative new beers alongside favourites which have been enjoyed over the years.

As well as the eating and drinking area there will also be an on site shop and Everards have also confirmed that they will be hosting brewery tours. This will allow customers to get a behind the scenes look and up-close tour of the brewery, as well as tasting sessions, brewing workshops and many other beer occasions.

Of course Everards are a Leicestershire based family business and they’re looking to recruit a raft of top local talent. They will be recruiting 40 new people to work at their new state-of-the-art brewery, beer hall and shop and opportunities will launch on the 1st November. You can register your interest now by emailing [email protected] or sign up here to be the first to hear the job news.

The beer hall will be located at their Everards Meadows site, which opened in 2019, and will now be joining Jenno’s Coffee House and Rutland Cycling at the destination just off junction 21 of the M1, opposite Fosse Park. Set in 70 acres of green space, you will be able to eat, drink, shop and take a tour their new brewery, all in one place.

“This really is an exciting time for us and the beginning of a brand-new chapter in our 170-year history” shares Richard Everard OBE DL, Chairman. “We are still an independent family business with strong roots in Leicestershire and we are about to move into the sixth generation of the family leading the business as we commence this exciting next chapter.  We look forward to welcoming customers to our new home where they will be able to enjoy fantastic hospitality while overlooking both the wonderful meadows but also our state-of-the-art brewery.  We will be brewing a great range of beers and of course bringing our famous ‘Tiger’ back to Leicestershire!”
