The merriest (and possibly the most dramatic) bar is swinging into Leicester this Christmas, as this fully festive pop-up experience opens at The Loft on Thursday 4 December.
Enjoy non-stop Christmas vibes at this immersive festive pop-up, which also comes with a Karen’s Diner twist. Bad Santa and elves with attitude, but all enjoyed with some Christmas cocktails and festive charm.
What to expect
The Merriest (and Most Dramatic) Bar in Leicester: Step into a wonderland decked out with tinsel, twinkling trees, and presents galore—served with a side of attitude! The Jingle Bar is also a Karen’s Christmas experience, where the sass is as strong as the holiday cheer.
Holiday Hits & Jolly Jingles: From classic Christmas tunes to party anthems, the bar’s soundtrack will keep the vibes high while you sip, snap, and celebrate the season.
Festive Cocktails & Karen-Approved Treats: Sip on holiday-themed drinks with a cheeky twist—perfect for embracing the Karen’s Diner spirit! Expect the servers to offer a a little “extra festive attitude” on the side.
Christmas Games & Entertainment: The “Christmas miracle makers” will host festive games, outrageous challenges, and hilarious antics to make your night unforgettable.
Prizes for Best Dressed: This is your chance to go full festive or full Karen! Whether it’s sparkly sweaters, outrageous holiday outfits, or your best diner diva look, prizes await the boldest and sassiest guests.
Family Friendly Sessions
Children can also join in on the fun. Saturday & Sunday sessions (1pm and 3pm) are all-ages sessions designed for families to enjoy the Jingle Bar magic together, without too much diner drama.
Family sessions will include a holiday craft corners (make your own cards), kids’ Christmas karaoke and singalongs, family-friendly games like “Reindeer Ring Toss,” “Elf Bingo,” and “Snowball Toss”.
Parents can still enjoy festive cocktails while little ones sip on mocktails and hot cocoa—perfect for making Christmas memories together.
The Jingle Bar experience will be at The Loft Bar (on the corner of Belvoir Street and Albion Street) from Thursday 4 December – Tuesday 23 December with specific ticketed time slots for entry.
General admission is £12.50 (+ booking fee), with children’s tickets for the family sessions priced at £8.
