Brew Beat, Leicester’s free craft beer and music festival, is back for 2025. Don’t miss out on the action from Friday 29 – Sunday 31 August.
2025 marks 5 years of Brew Beat and they’re marking the occasion with their biggest event yet. Returning to Jubilee Square, the free festival will feature 20+ hours of live music, a handpicked line-up of craft beers, tasty street food and activities for all ages.
Music
The live music stage will reflect the best of Leicester’s musical talent. Expect a vibrant mix of local legends and rising stars, with DJs, bands and artists covering a wide range of genres. From Hip Hop to Funk, Soul to Jazz, RnB to Indie, Pop to Electronic, there’s something for everyone.

Live performances run from 5-10 pm on Friday, 12-10 pm on Saturday, and 12-7 pm on Sunday, with a closing DJ set scheduled for each night.
Craft Beer
Returning as bar partner this year is The Real Ale Classroom. They’re bringing a carefully curated menu packed with incredible drinks from NEIPAs to lagers, sours to stouts, and everything in between. Not a beer fan? No problem. The cocktail bar is also back, mixing up their signature Brew Beat cocktails alongside a sparkling selection of fizz.
Food
Get ready to dig in with some fantastic independent food pop-ups from some of our Leicester favourites. Here’s what you can expect:
The Beautiful Pubs Collective – BPC will be rolling into Jubilee Square with their festival food trailer — serving up the juiciest smashed burgers and the best poutine this side of Canada.
Desi Street Food – A vibrant celebration of South Asian flavours, Desi Street Food serves up irresistible bites each bursting with bold spices, tangy chutneys, and crisp textures that make every bite a memorable taste of Indian street culture.
Five Fox Lane – Five Fox Lane will be serving up sweet treats and savoury delights including their tasty spin on Polish-style hot dogs, plus fresh waffles, indulgent cakes, and more.
Dough What – Catch them slinging classic Neapolitan‑style pizzas freshly hand‑stretched, with top-quality ingredients.
