We’ve been spoilt with bank holidays in May, but as the final one approaches, what activities can you make sure you have in your diary?

For this week’s BID Spotlight we’re taking our pick of the city centre fun.

Sing-along cinema and new rooftop bar at Phoenix

Something for the adults AND little ones, this weekend sees Phoenix kick off their sing-along season, with classics including Frozen and The Greatest Showman. It also gives you the perfect excuse to go and visit their brand spanking new rooftop bar, Nest, which opens on Friday 26 May at 4pm.

42nd Street at Curve

Survival Sunday at Sixes

It’s a huge weekend for Leicester City as they bid to stay in the Premier League next season. If you’re wondering where to catch the game, why not tie it in with some time on the nets and a bite to eat at Sixes. Sixes are now showing live sport across the venue and they’ll have all the action from Leicester City v West Ham for all the family to enjoy. (P.S. If you’re going to the match you can also show your ticket at Sixes to enjoy a burger and a beer for just £12.50 pre or post-match.)
