It may be one of the most well known coffee shop spots in town as the former Brucciani’s but Five Fox Lane is proving a popular spot now in its own right.

A venue that holds memories for so many people from the childhood and beyond, it’s been a careful balance between maintaining some popular features but also stamping their own identity onto the coffee shop.

Situated in the middle of town, Five Fox Lane offers a great spot to grab breakfast, a bite of lunch or afternoon coffee and cakes. One menu addition that’s proving particularly popular is their tiered afternoon tea, complete with homemade cakes and freshly baked scones. Priced at just £14.95 per person, the afternoon tea is served daily until 2.30pm. Furthermore it can be tailored to cater for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free diets.

Not after a full afternoon team, don’t worry. You can still pop into Five Fox Lane for a quick lunch on the go, or. sweet afternoon treat. Grab a healthy jacket potato at lunchtime or opt for one of their newer brunch items, such as avocado & crispy bacon on ciabatta.

Waffles, homemade cakes, salads and more, make it a destination to meet friends at any time of day.

Oh, and don’t worry, they still do the Lemon Split Iced Buns.

“Had a lovely afternoon tea here yesterday, Food was really nice , ample choice , and staff were really helpful, asking if we needed anything to just ask. Can highly recommend, will definitely visit again. “
