Theres’ good news for those who are local to Clarendon Park as it appears that there’s a new bar/venue heading to the area and given the owner’s background, we imagine the cocktails will be pretty special.
The unit on Queens Road has been empty for some months now following the swift closure of burger restaurant, MOOW, in the former premises of Culture. Now, it seems that the team behind Leicester’s 33 Cank Street are currently busy behind the scenes transforming the space.
With signs in the window to state that the “Creative minds of Bar 33 Cank Street” will soon be moving in we’re eagerly awaiting more information. If their bar in St Martin’s Square is anything to go by, we can’t wait.
If you aren’t familiar with them, the bar is one of the finest in town with table service, exquisite cocktails and fabulous pop up events. They have a focus on high end drinks, including a current menu themed around Leicester, plus a small table tapas selection.
